Returns and Refunds

If your product is faulty or wrongly described please return with the receipt. We generally allow 5 working days for delivery, so if you need to return your goods, goods are to be returned within 14 days after receiving them. Postage will be at your own expenses. Cancellations

Once payment has been made your order becomes non-refundable. If we do offer a refund there will be a 5% restocking fee which covers Shopify fees and administration costs. A 10% restocking fee applies for Afterpay orders. If your products are damaged in transit, we will replace them for you. We do not offer a credit or refund.
